Sometimes I have to cringe
as I review the past
I want to toss the dinge as far as I can cast
Sometimes I have to cringe
as I detail the hurt
I want to toss the dinge into a stack of dirt
Sometimes I have to cringe
as I recall the loss
I want to toss the dinge aside by any dross
Sometimes I have to cringe
as I induce the lure
I want to toss the dinge till a soul is secure
Sometimes I have to cringe
as I evoke the bane
I want to toss the dinge to rid it of domain
Sometimes I have to cringe
as I echo the beat
I want to toss the dinge afar certain defeat
Sometimes I have to cringe
as I assess the ride
I want to toss the dinge so as a fact to hide
