Conflagration

Phlogiston is a postulate regarding principles of fire.
The factor of oxygen
is known as combustion's sire.

Firestorms induce strong inward winds which generate cyclonic flame.
Columns of rising hot air
yield temperatures none can tame.

Conflagration is a parching blaze that scorches everything in sight.
Structures, reduced to ashes,
are char-blackened in its flight.

Infernos create hell on earth causing overwhelming despair.
Lifelong accumulations
become pyrotechnic flare.

Holocausts are cataclysmic with disastrous desolation.
A massive catastrophe
like a wholesale cremation.
