Centipede Tripping

If a centipede should trip many legs would flail
It would be a steady clip
tripping down the trail

If a polar bear should dive under icy swells
It would be a way to strive
diving deep for shells

If a busy bee should sting little could be done
It would be no time to sing
stinging on the run

If a kangaroo should fall after a great leap
It would be a curtain call
falling in a heap

If an elephant should step upon Mickey mouse
It would be a total schlep
stepping in the house

If a crocodile should bite into fleshy hide
It would be an awful sight
biting at low tide

If a cockatoo should soar solo on a cloud
It would be an easy chore
soaring with the crowd

If a chimpanzee should live atop canopies
It would be a time to give
living vital sprees
