Bathroom Floor

Atop you they lay
these hands, these limbs, these feet
a sluggish meat
is wasting away
your chill, your stiffness sleeps

Against you they stay
this neck, this back, these cheeks
eyes that speak
with nothing to say
and no known beat to keep
