A soldier goes to war for:
Love of country and way of life.
To protect his parents, siblings, children and wife.
He puts his life on the line for all of this and more...
The kids at school, apple pie and the girl next door.
The reasons for war are rarely ever clear,
Yet he fights on and on without a fear!
Governments around the world may dispute.
But a soldier's reasons to fight are beyond repute!
For, love of country and way of life.
To protect his parents, siblings children and wife!
