A Plea
As I look back on the things I wrote
I see the desire to communicate.
In the moment of each composition
I can see and remember my feelings.
I remember wondering (doubting) if
I am conveying myself in words.
I can feel the urge to write again
and the undeniable push to create.
I feel like I should stop and focus
on career, pick a career.
But I can't.
Quite frankly, I don't want to.
Pay me. Pay me for this. Please.
Someday.
