A Perfect Day

Sunshine in my heart
The wind at my back
Sand in my shoes
Off the beaten track
The birds call out
Crystals on my face
Heating up my soul
Found a perfect place
Voices echo faintly
Boats go roaring by
Castles crumble down
A picture perfect sky
Ice cream melting quick
Today there is no race
A day of living life
In a perfect state of grace.
