I'm not reduced to fragments by your smiles;
filled with hate's pathetic curves of promise,
look in these eyes and collapse your spirit
for those wounds will not condemn me - I'm free.
Never will those cold fingers of distrust
touch this beauty held on the tip of love,
I'm a petal unfolded - perfection,
don't try to arrange me in jealousy,
or permanently freeze me with iced looks,
broken is that stare in your reflection,
not these wonderful wings of desire.

I'm a breath away from your explosions
of defeat; vanquished frustration's ardour,
perhaps your victory dance will shuffle
along corridors of self-imagery
when you fall into the chasm's pain.
I'm too strong for your weakness to break me,
don't think that your heart will fool this passion,
for a moment's passed and I shall go now,
fly away from bitter contempt's dead whims.
