Everybody Explodes

Knowledge spills from the swirls of imagination,
and the price is a secret that aches the heart's beat,
splintered remains of yesterday fly into the face
of tomorrow as shivers give the skin a cold
performance, as wide as love, as deep as death.
Forever is a nightmare when it stretches the mind,
perhaps an accident of life, I crunch emotions
into happiness; a lost sanctuary, it just mocks eyes
while lies flutter across disagreements and pain,
but it's all the same to me, emptiness cracks lips.

At the edge of body language poetry skips reason
through complaints whilst whines lose a letter's lines,
and red, like shame's dreams, I drink personality,
it's a colour and a shape that's as twisted as oak;
so old it knots time-travel notions into shreds of birth.
These broken toes are dancing, an intellectual pause
leaves life behind as pinball complexity steals looks;
as strange as mentality's links, chains of opinions,
point an indivdualtean's structured finesse north-west,
let the whole world explode, I will feel the same as you.
