What Do I See

Mark Anthony Schroettner 1967 (Bethlehem, PA)

I'm not reluctant to say
I can look at you all day
Some may say that beauty is only skin deep
If I miss out I'll be sure to weep.

What beauty do I see?
Somehow, something is bringing me to my knees
Your eyes, your smile, I don't know for sure
When I see you, I know, I want to come back for more.

Yes I want to look at you even fond of talking to you
Knowing that there is no other I rather go to
Still; it is not only the outer beauty which I see
I see this inner beauty that is attracting me.
