Ready to die

I can not lie
I'm ready to die
I drink spirits
I do get high
I still feel pain
I wonder why
Life is hard
All I do is cry
I split my arm
Like a piece of pie
Yet I'm still here
Like I did not try
I wrote a letter
To say Goodbye
I read it later
It made me sigh
God said you have a purpose
And the devil is a lie
You will live for me
Until I'm nigh

    If I didn’t know any better I’d think someone entered my car at some point…It seems as if I can’t find my emergency stash of my medications…Oh well…Now that I’ve learned of my 5.8 life expectancy…I don’t believe I need them anymore anyhow…If I’ve made it 37 years without breaking the glass…I’m pretty sure I can hang on in there a little longer…And IF I get really lucky I may only 2 years or less…
