To Mom

I never want to say Goodbye
my thoughts are all I have,
You Loved me more than I Loved myself
My heart is only half,
My tears are for the times we had
I'll miss you everyday,
The only comfort that I find within-
knowing with God is where you lay,
Watch over her, may she rest in peace
& Bless her weary soul,
Smile down on us from up above-
It's peaceful there I'm told,
May Angels tend your every need
& shower you with light,
GOD will do the rest with Love
making everything Alright,
I'll cry whenever I think of you
& remember where you are,
I'll raise my head up to the sky
looking for my brightest star.
