Succession



She sat on the throne till a ripe old age
some thinking she'd live forever like a sage.
While her son stood by waiting his turn
but he too was ageing, sparking concern.
Perhaps when the crown finally passes
we'll have to bury not one, but two old arses.

    I used to think I wanted to be buried face down so the world can kiss my ass…Now I just want to be cremated and no longer care what happens to my ashes…Though there was a time I wanted then scattered near Mazatlan…One’s dreams are constantly changing dependent upon life’s events…
