A Homograph Event

Her birthday gift was one large bow
So heavy it would make her bow!
Instructions which she never read;
Since glancing was her way to "read"!

She probably would have been content
If she had seen enclosed contents.
She would have seen that her present
Had problems most do not present.

And so, with every large, wet tear
She tore the bow and with each tear
The bow that had been so very close
Was dropped as windows she did close!
