Children Today

These children today are not children,
Of the past.
Not one.
To keep them from what they do done.

Leaving many wishing truth to see it,
Disappears.
Even if to censor truth,
Eliminates all fears!
From minds of children kept to fiction.

Children today are far from innocent.
And,
Not one...
Can smile away their devilment.
Done intended and mean it meant!

They seem born and to know...
How to pretend they're 'Angels',
Heaven sent!
And when to push those buttons,
To start arguments.

Dimple deep; cute and sweet?
Not one.
To keep them from what they do done!
Regardless where they live protected.
By pretentiousness accepted.
Or a censorship to do.

These 'kids'?
Are more aware of truth,
Than their parents ever did.
Raised in environments fictioned.
These 'kids' of today?
Are victims of a homemade,
Delusion of restrictions!
