The Romantic Love

Kaiya Michelle Hamilton 1983 (Michigan)

If I could kiss your lips just once
I don't think I would ever want to stop.
I would never tire of touching you
and always be grateful for what I've got.

If I could hold you any tighter
I don't think you would be able to breathe.
There would be no room between me and you;
we would merge perfectly into one being.

If I could marry you,
I'd replicate and carry you.
I don't think I could think of it any other way.

There would be no space for indecision;
No regret,
only intervention.
We would be divinely positioned
within God's favorable grace.

Kaiya Michelle Hamilton

A true lover of life, Miss Kaiya Michelle Hamilton enjoys reflection, inspiration, and creation of artistic works by way of various mediums! Since she first began reading and writing; poetry has always been a big part of her life. Her Faith in God is her greatest muse. She is always finding ways to express her gratitude to her Savior Jesus Christ and His unending faithfulness in her life and the lives of others. Poetry is yet another tool for praise and worship as she sees it! For her, poetry is a liberating, self expressing, positive and creative means by which she can entertain, relieve, and love herself. Her daily prayer is "God bless me, so that I may bless others." more…
