The rose on the window pane

The roses on the window pane.

It hurts me when I look, and I'm disabled. My family puts me in a nursing home all alone. It's just me and the pretty rose on the window pane. They can't be bothered; they think I'm insane. They never stop by to say hello or goodbye. I just sit here and watch the tears drop from my eyes. Maybe one call or text message, and then I would not be so upset. As I sit here every day, waiting for the sun to set, All I have left is this pretty rose. It keeps me warm, but I want to go home.
