Rainbows to the Moon

RAINBOWS TO THE MOON
(by d.k.debell)

DREAMS OF MEMORIES FORGOTTEN
AND MEMORIES OF DREAMS,
VANILLA SKIES AND RAINBOWS TO THE MOON;

FLOURESCENT TIDES ON MOONLIT BAYS
SILVER SUNRISE ON THE SHORE,
HORIZONS OF MAGENTA AND MAROON.

VISIONS OF ENCHANTED LANDS
MYSTIC VOICES IN THE WIND,
REFLECTIONS FROM A BOTTOMLESS LAGOON;

NORTHERN LIGHTS IN SOUTHERN SKIES
SCARLET SUNSETS IN THE WEST,
HANG SOFTLY FROM THE RAINBOWS TO THE MOON.

IMAGINARY REALMS
UNBELIEVABLE REALITIES,
ANCIENT BEAUTY OVERWHELMS
CONTRADICTIVE POSSIBILITIES,
HOLY PROPHETS AT THE HELMS
COMMAND THE SPIRITS’ SENSIBILITIES,
SAILING LIKE GHOST SHIPS ON THE RAINBOWS TO THE MOON.

    Thanks. The words and mental images sort of happened spontaneously and in syncronicity. I'm grateful you appreciate the lyrical effort. :)
