Love

I stare at
The night sky
Wondering, what if?

Then I realize god
Is the answer. I see love
 real concern a feeling
That wells up inside.

My love for Christ is
Overwhelming.
And at times I see
Him clearly and think.

He’s right here, and yet
He is everywhere.
A gift that keeps giving.

A love that is uncontrollable.
If I’m alone all I truly want is
The love of my life, Christ.

With Christ I am filled,
And no longer wonder
The earth in search of that
Missing love.

It’s simple if your
Looking. Look towards
A book that has his story
And our journey written
In it.

Look up, lift up your heads.
For your redemption draws
Near.
