Freedom

Edwin Tanguma 1966 (CA)

Freedom
#4
There are those who speak of freedom
As if its a thing that exists
Although in life’s reality
Freedom is only a lost myth
Searching for Troy or Atlantis
Has been picked up by quite a few
And we have all heard the story
Of one guy who followed the clues
He found his lost city of Troy
With the treasure of its Helen
So maybe freedom’s not a myth
Maybe it’s just a state of mind
If this conclusion could be true
It should not be that hard to find
#5
P.s.On a poem to Bertha
P.s.Hay algunos que dicen
Una vez al día es
Lo mejor medicina
#6
Querida mía
Tu eres la única
Que me entiendes

About this poem

This poem consists of 3 parts…From the dark years collection…There is no intention of sarcasm in this one…Nor is there any implication of one egg per day keeps the doctors in hay…lol…Is there a difference between blind and a total fool???I have no idea of what that one is all about…
