Splendiferous

Brian Z. Jackson 2006 (NJ)

This feeling is odd.
This feeling’s splendiferous.
What's going on?
I’m feeling out of place.
I’m all of a sudden happy as can be,
I can't tell you why but all I feel is glee!

I am not bipolar.
I’m not on no drugs.
Yet for some strange reason,
My brain’s going off.

I woke up this s’mornin smile on my face.
A cat in my bed cuddling giving me but no space.
Yet for some odd reason all I can use to describe my mood,
Is splendiferous!

Just splendiferous!

I head off to school grinning ‘tween ears.
Seeing all my friends and just feeling quite good
I prepare myself and muster my energy
“Good Mornin,” I say in the most happiest of ways

I think im feelin splendiferece!
Oh yes, splendiferous!

This feeling is strange.
I am starting to like it.
Just being content.
Having a smile on my face.
There is nothing better in the whole wide world,
Then just feeling splendiferous.
