One Can Always Try New Things Bussokusekika)
Edwin Tanguma 1966 (CA)
About this poem
I believe that I have read that the temps in Van Horn do not fall below 20 degrees…I wonder IF one might be able to grow olive trees there?II wonder how many trees one with a good supportive helper could plant on 10 acres?I guess that only time will tell…I guess one could plant just one to see IF it would grow…Who knows…One day I just may be known as the local king of olives in the area…I have heard that every king needs a good queen…I wouldn’t want her to feel bound in any way…If she ever grows tired of me…She can always walk away…I don’t know how you feel about marriage…I have been there and I have done that…I personally believe it is over rated…I believe IF someone truly loves someone else…They don’t have to get married to prove that they love the other…Their actions and affection towards each other should be sufficient…Do you have any thoughts you might want to share?Hey you???
