Inward Odyssey : Prelude to Destiny

"If lost you feel, know this to be true
That waking each morn is enough to do.
Breathing each moment brings you through the day,
Struggling, surviving, come what may.

Just let things be, don't fight the tide,
Pride in yourself you must not hide.
When storms of life obstruct your way,
Persist, endure, come what may.

We all feel lost and overwhelmed at times,
Unsure of purpose, our place, our rhymes.
Yet know you're not alone in this plight,
Many share this human blight.

Take comfort friend that you still draw breath,
Tomorrow awaits, beyond this death.
New meaning and purpose you may yet find,
If seeking with patient heart and open mind.

Dark nights of the soul test our mettle,
Revealing reserves of inner metal.
Stay true to yourself throughout the fray,
Let go of doubt, breathe, trust, pray.

You're stronger than you know, brave soul,
Capable of reaching every goal.
Believe in yourself and carry on,
This too shall pass, stay strong.

When lost and confused, stop and reflect,
On life's essential truths, collect
Your thoughts, regroup, reset your mind,
New insight and meaning you may find.

Be gentle with yourself in times of strife,
Face each challenge, struggle in life.
Know you have all you need within,
To cope, endure, to fight and win.

Your worth depends not on others' views,
But hinges on perspective you choose.
Define yourself, write your own story,
Live boldly, proudly, follow your glory.

You are the author of your fate,
Captain steering life's ship through straits.
Navigate with courage, head held high,
Towards horizons of your mind's eye.

Release regrets of the fading past,
Embrace the present, your die is cast.
The future awaits your willful pen,
To author the next and next chapter again.

If lost you feel, pause and breathe deep,
Center your spirit, plant roots to keep.
Know that you are precisely where you ought be,
Every step leads towards your destiny.

Trust your instincts, follow your heart,
Let inner wisdom guide from the start,
Blaze trails not yet forged by another,
You are the trailblazer, the pathfinder, the lover.

When buffeted by life's churning rapids,
Hold fast to faith, avoid panic.
Stay the course with poise and tact,
Each rapid soon smooths, turbulence will lapse.

Ups and downs are the way of the world,
Peaks and valleys your soul has whirled.
Weather each season with steadfast grip,
This ride we call life, with joy, endure each trip."
