December 25th.
I shook my head to focus-
cuz my eyes had played a trick,
Standing in my living room
it was jolly Ole' Saint Nick,
He took a seat and said to me
I see you've turned in your list,
Why don't you come and have a seat
see if there's anything I missed,
After dropping off the presents
then he said he had to go,
So he went back up the chimney
in an awful cloud of smoke,
So I darted out the front door
and took a look upon the roof,
I knew no one would believe me
so I had to get some proof,
As I looked on top the roof
I seen an Elf inside the sleigh,
He was puffing on some loud-
I asked to drop it down my way,
I ask where he got this from
it tasted kinda nice,
HE said I grew it in the Northpole-
under 20 feet of Ice,
After a couple hits of it
my feet they felt like lead,
The dogs he in front the sled
had sticks on top there head,
The sleigh lite up all red & white
and it sparkled off the chrome,
My head was spinning round&round
I was really in ah zone,
Santa went got in the sleigh
and the back burst into flames,
it lifted off the roof top-
As he called each one by name,
The sleigh began to fly away
and I felt a calming bliss,
Santa turned and said to me
" Happy New Year & Meeery Christmas ".
