Stubborn Believer

Stubborn Believer

Be a pain in the ass in the face of adversity
A stubborn believer in yourself,
Your ideas, your needs
And especially in your dreams!
Stand up in the face of those
Who tell you no while slamming the door
Smack in your face to deny
What you’ve already claimed is yours.

Be daring in the arena of battle and alive
A fighter who gets back up
For your right to exist,
To live and love the way you want!
Go ahead and write your verse
Make it loud and proud so they remember
If they try to shut you up
Believe and achieve to sit them down!

The mightiest warrior rises to fight again
For it’s the size of the fight inside
Not the size of the fighter
That refuses to lose and never quit
Get your backside off the ground
If you have to, pretend you’re kicking theirs
Until the battle turns to your favor
And you own the victory alone.
