Dear Self,

In a world that idolizes perfection's guise,
I hear your pain, your internal cries.
But let me remind you of a truth so clear,
Your worth is not defined by the number you fear.

You are more than the size of your waist,
Your beauty runs deeper, don't let it go to waste.
Your body's uniqueness, curves and all,
A canvas of strength, standing tall.

The shape of your form, be it large or small,
Doesn't dictate your worth, not at all.
For within you resides a spirit so bright,
Radiating love, compassion, and light.

Your body is a vessel, a home for the soul,
A place to find solace, to make yourself whole.
It's not about fitting society's demand,
But embracing your beauty, taking a stand.

Your weight does not define your worth,
You're more valuable than the standards that birth
Insecurities and doubts, trying to make you small,
But let your confidence rise and stand tall.

For in self-acceptance, you'll find the key,
To loving yourself unconditionally.
Your worth lies in your essence, your heart so kind,
Not in societal expectations you find.

So embrace your body, embrace your grace,
Love yourself fully, in every bit of space.
You are not defined by a number on a scale,
But by the beauty within, your spirit so prevail.

Dear self.  remember this truth so true,
You're worthy of love, no matter your hue.
You are beautiful, inside and out,
Never let anyone make you doubt. “
