Sweetest Cologne

Living on purpose is a dare against suffering
The constant push against everything
And the endless pressure to stay alive
With all the currents of change
Relentlessly crashing in waves
It’s all you can do to make your way forward
Rise above the surface and keep swimming.

How incredible is it to survive and surge
On the momentum of power and grace
An inspiring life force, the source
Energizing the entire universe
Interconnecting all at once
Right down to the smallest part
The signature of persistence.

From the depths of deepest mud I come
Through the water I bloom a lotus
A fragrance of effervescent beauty
Kindness in a brutal world is
The sweetest cologne I offer
I live and breathe right now
It’s the only moment that matters.
