I feel you, touch you,
Your presence makes me melt,
One look at your face and joy is what I felt,
My eyes start to drip as your beautiful essence is near,
My heart is whole again,
Is this a dream?
No, it’s my dream come true,
It’s you,
Standing before me,
I’m so happy you didn’t just…

About this poem

This poem is about a moment in time when I could not be with a person that I once loved but out of nowhere he appeared. The beginning of the poem was written when I was alone, but the ending was written after he showed up.
