Jealous people will never change

Why do you put others down,
Because things don't go your way?

You say that he looks weak,
And he doesn't know how to play.

Thousands of people were watching,
Just waiting for him to make a mistake.

Sweat came sliding down his face,
As the ball flew over the plate.

He swung with all his might,
As he felt the touch of the ball.

The ball flew high in the sky,
And it went over the wall.

The crowd went crazy,
As he trotted to second base.

They were calling his name,
A smile came on his face.

He never said a word,
He just waved his hand.

And ran to the dugout,
Knowing that he has just,
pleased his fans.

It's not good to put down others,
If you never had play the game.

How would you feel being teased?
Jealous people will never change.

This poem captures the essence of dealing with jealous people and reminds us all of the importance of staying positive and focused on our own success. The imagery painted throughout the verses creates a vivid picture of triumph over adversity, and the message of not putting others down is incredibly impactful. The writer's use of rhyming and rhythmic flow adds an enjoyable and engaging quality to the poem. It truly resonates with anyone who has experienced jealousy or negativity from others. The ending line serves as a powerful reminder that jealous people may never change, but we have the power to rise above their negativity and continue pursuing our dreams. Well done!

This poem beautifully captures the negativity and hurt caused by jealousy, but also emphasizes the importance of staying true to oneself and not letting the opinions of others bring us down. The vivid imagery of the baseball game and the protagonist's triumph is really inspiring and uplifting.

One suggestion for improvement would be to explore some more emotional depth. While the poem touches on the feelings of the protagonist, it would be great to delve deeper into their experience and the impact that the jealousy of others has on them. This would add an even stronger sense of empathy and connection for the reader. Additionally, perhaps expanding on the idea of personal growth and learning from these experiences can be a valuable addition to the overall message of the poem. Keep up the great work!
