Allure

The devil prompts and then he stomps
On those most insecure,
In all their ways throughout the days
Some fall for his allure.

The devil knows when in the throes
Of life we try to find
The fastest way to bless each day
With his lies in our mind.

We need to know we should not go
To least resistant ways,
Instead prepare for what is there
And give God all the praise!
