Up Against A Wall

Up against a wall.
Cornered without an exit.
To know and feel trapped.
Even a rat,
Has natural survival instincts.
And will not hesitate to do what it can,
With a doing to defend itself fighting back.
Seldom does a rat,
Lay down to stay that way.
Awaiting to be attacked.

Human beings are no exception!
To accept fear and threats near their domain.
Done to remain,
Turning cheeks and pleading for their lives.
From those to know,
A showing of evil misdeeds deceived by lies.

And today, in the year 2023, that is why,
Conflicts, division, and ancient racist beliefs...
Inflicted as if an expectation continuing,
Repeated historically on others to receive...
Has no future for the ones,
Believing themselves to be...
Untouchable saviors.
Self anointed to rule over all humanity.

Clearly this message sent,
Is either ignored or misunderstood.
To not comprehend or understand,
Many these days living unlimited...
And blessed with minds,
Unrestricted to have developed...
A higher consciousness.
Are capable to smell B.S. for what it is.
To realize common sense to value.
Is more an effective weapon to use.
Than stupidity to grab.
As if this final word to have,
Ends without inflicting ignorance...
Upon themselves.
At the expense of their own devastation!

'What on God's Earth,
Are they doing to each other?'

'Well...
From observation to witness it,
Fools to have everything at their fingertips...
Learn lessons too late,
That the only thing that is being replaced...
Is an appreciation for each other.
AND...
This dependency needed taken for granted.
By entitlements blessed given to them free.'

'That's...uh...kinda stupid.'

'Even a cornered trapped rat knows that!
Who or what,
Can claim these days to be more intelligent?'

'Well...
As progress will prove to show eventually,
None of this madness...
With conflict, division and havoc to have it,
Seen to observe and witness as is...
Can not be blamed,
On the programming of artificial intelligence!'

'Really?
Time will tell,
What lessons taught to teach...
Were learned well.
And who will pay the price,
For not paying attention to awaken.
To stay aware of what is here and not there...
Yet to come.
Since that wall is closing in on everyone!'

'You and your negative point of view.
Why can't you at least,
Be positive about something?'

'That's what I'm saying.
I am B-positive!
That to know is no longer a mystery.
Who we are and everything done we do,
Is sampled to be use at a later time and date!'

'Your point made to make it is...'

'Made.
I agree!'
