A peak into the past

Sean Atcheson 1977 (Toronto)

Hindsight always gives us a clear view of what we see when we peer through the rear view. What we believe to be true. May actually be a misremembered moment for you. Living life in the rear view is a true way to lose yourself in the moment. It hurts when we lose a thought that changes lives doesn't it? A poem may be written and rewritten while looking through the rear view. It's only about you. There's no escaping your truth. No matter how hard we look into the rear view. Our past will always remain true. Even if it's spoken of wrong. The rear view gives us a clear view of our hearts song. We sing it daily. To those we love. To those we loath. The truth is only the rear view mirror knows. So hold onto each blessed moment. That way when you reminisce about it. We won't be lost in the rear view and the windshield will provide the view we ever so need. So when you look into your rear view. Never forget the special moments between us two.
