Par(ent)/a/no(t)id(le) (Ode to a Christian /and Jesus the Outcast)

When we think
that the Someone is hiding

and dropping always
In (boom)

And we say
that any one We don 't like
Sounds just like Him (boom)

We might see Him in some
words
At each and many a turn (boom)

If we are warried, and looking
for
The signs, that We might pin...
(boom)

But do We love, do we welcome
all to the fireside
Of the gathering (come, sit)

Or do We turn them each away?
when We say
You are Him! (boom)...

/Or of Him, or With him
or for Him?...
(Deploring the West winds

Of the yonderest Mountain
peaks)
Of strange Words bespeaks
He/

Tthis /Jjuudas / Priiesttt /
we don'tt like to kkeep
So we sweep Him clean (boomla)

The Judas Priest we never hheard
but only argued with (ne(x)[t](us)

but many come, and many go
God"s messengers (boomda)
in all things He is speaking (to us?)

If we lend the proper Eear
and do not think
we know it All ('suuumna)
And remember for to pray

That we may hear what word
He speaks - through those
who Visit near (make room

come, sit)

About this poem

Jesus, the outcast, Never liked or Accepted by those of the Religious elite of His day... in a very un- Civic manner accused and rejected, and Cast out by the powerful and the Accepted way...
