Change

Why is it that we sit in sorrow, pondering what might have been, should have been. Is it that we love misery or that we feel all is lost and want to feed it. Do I hate, life? No, that can't be it. It's deeper than that, somewhere tucked away within myself. A hidden disbelief, overlook in time past. Pulled out, set before me to examine for what it really is, I can see that it's not gone or forgotten, only changed. Reflecting life, proves change. What would be the point otherwise. Remembering the joy, as just that, brings a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. My life is good, even my part.
