They thought it was cute to disrespect me
Talk about me like a dog
Put me on the back burner
Mistreat for applause
Tell they friends and family what all I don’t deserve
Tease me
Reject me
Call me out my name
Lie to me lie on me cheat me its all the same and they thought it was cute and I agree
I think it’s cute how now they all need me
They have to call on me for everything
It’s interesting how the tables turn
My old shoes weren’t good enough
But now I’ve got a new pair on
I thought it was cute to be a blessing to my haters
It makes me feel good inside
I was humbled by what was done to me
Couldn’t believe my ears or my eyes
I am the rejected stone
And to every occasion I rise
