That Is Pleasing To God

That Is Pleasing To God
Author: Mark V. Markov

When people spend their time
In ministry
Yet they only teach
Disobedience
To God and to Jesus

They say indirectly
Live in disobedience to Jesus
All of your life
And just believe that He exists

They spend all of their life
In this ministry
Teaching to believe in Jesus
Saying it's fine
To live in disobedience to Him

They say
Because Jesus died for you on the cross
You can live in disobedience to God
And in disobedience to Jesus
All of your life

Saying to everyone
It's impossible
To live in obedience to Jesus
So therefore
You can live in disobedience to Him
All of your life

The bizarre fact remains
They spend all of their life
In this ministry for Jesus
And in the end
They will be knocking
And asking Jesus

Didn't we live all of our life
In a ministry
Teaching your existence
And to live in disobedience to you

Do you think?
Jesus will say to them
Come into my kingdom
My good and faithful servants
For teaching disobedience to my instruction All of your life?

Those that live in disobedience
Teaching others the existence of Jesus
And to live in disobedience to God and to Jesus
Whose children are they?

The children of disobedience
Are not God's children
So those that believe
Must always do their best
To live a life in obedience to God.

This is an observation
Of the way some people live
Their life
Having a ministry for Jesus
And choosing to
Teach others
To live in disobedience to Him

Imagine living all your life
In a ministry teaching disobedience
To God and Jesus
And then going into hell
That is scary
So it makes me wanna
Witness to those in that ministry
So they will not lose their salvation
Hoping they will realize
Seeing the truth
And start teaching
Obedience to God and to Jesus

Instructing everyone
To always do their best
Living their life
In obedience to God
And in obedience to Jesus Christ

If He said to keep the commandments
Then we need to teach everyone
To keep the commandments
If He said
To care and help others
Glorifying God the Father that way
Then we need to teach everyone
To help and to care for others

To live a righteous life
Is beautiful before God
Noah was a righteous man
And God saved him and his family
That was after the fall

So to do good
To do right
Produces righteousness
That is pleasing to God

He wants His children
To do right and good
All of their life
Living in obedience to Him
And His instruction.

We cannot say
It's impossible to keep the commandments
So it's fine to live your life
Deliberately breaking them

We cannot say
That we don't need to love and to care about anyone
That we can live in disobedience
To the instruction of God and to Jesus
All of our life,
Because Jesus died for us on the cross.

For if He said
To keep the commandments
Then we need to teach everyone
To keep the commandments
One of them was,
To love others as self.
If He said
To care and help others
Glorifying God the Father that way
Then we need to teach what He instructed
To help and to care for others

To live a righteous life
Is beautiful before God
Noah was a righteous man
And God saved him and his family
That was after the fall

So to do good
To do right
Produces righteousness,
That is pleasing to God.

If those people teach everyone
To live in disobedience
To what Jesus Christ instructed
Because it helps them
To be popular and sell more books
On the same topic
So they would have lots of money
In their bank account
Just sitting there
So they can feel good about having that big number

If people choose to love money
More then God and people.
Deliberately breaking the commandments
Of Jesus Christ
As a result having the root of all evil
In them
How can they expect to enter heaven
With the root of all evil?

There is no sin in having money
There is no sin in being rich
Yet the love of money
Is the sin
Called the root of all evil.

We cannot say
That we don't need to love and to care about anyone
That we can live in disobedience
To God and to Jesus
All of our life,
Because Jesus died for us on the cross.

For if He said
To keep the commandments
Then we need to teach everyone
To keep the commandments
If He said
To care and help others
Glorifying God the Father that way
Then we need to teach what He instructed
To help and to care for others

To live a righteous life
Is beautiful before God
Noah was a righteous man
And God saved him and his family.
That was after the fall.

So to do good
To do right
Produces righteousness,
That is pleasing to God,
Righteousness,
Is is always pleasing to God...

Genesis 6:9 (ESV)

9 These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation.
Noah walked with God.

1 Timothy 6:10 (ESV)

10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils.
It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith
and pierced themselves with many pangs.

Mark 12:30-31 (ESV)

30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart
and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'

31 The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'
There is no other commandment greater than these.”
