Best way to help the homeless
Obviously
Is to give them
A roof over their head
In a form of a shelter
It would be nice
If it could be a skyscraper

A skyscraper
Full of beds and a cafeteria
With three meals a day to eat
With biblical teachers
To teach the word of God
To teach them the gospel of Jesus Christ
For only God can help so many
For those who struggle with addictions
To break the addictions in their life
For those going through the hard times
To restore them all back
Into the society

If they have a roof over their heads
The three meals a day to eat
Along with spiritual food to nourish their  
Soul and spirit
Then hopefully someday
They can get back on their feet.

As they take their time
And get a job
Then going back into the community
To function properly in the society

As Jesus Christ said
We will always have the poor
So at least what we can do
Is to offer
A safe haven

A safe building
With lots of beds
And a cafeteria for them
With three meals a day.

Where they can study
As long as they need
Where they can stay
To get back on their own feet.

Stay there the whole day
And the whole night
Studying and applying
The principles of the word of God

These buildings can be
The place for all
In the society
For those in need
To fall back on
When if people fall on hard times

So all that have a need for a roof
Can get back on their feet
And they can stay there
As long as they need
Then while living there
Get a good paying job
And go back into the society.

So if you can,
Help end homelessness
Build a building for the poor
If you can
Help end homelessness
Teach them the word of God
Feed them there
Three meals a day
Spiritually and physically

We will always have the poor
So let us at least give them
A roof over their heads
And three meals a day
Lets give them Jesus Christ
So with Him they will forever stay...
