"New Walk"

               "NEW WALK"
Still a float as of now.
Thank You as I take a bended knee in prayer with a humbled heart and my head bowed..
You've been good to me all my days. Just maybe I'll find my way..
I believe I'm missing the mark.
Do I know the light ?
Or just the dark..
Have I bought my own lie's ?
A wolf in a sheep's diquise ?
Oh Father, renew my heart, my soul and my mind.
Unmeasurable hope for moving forward and leave this life of sin behind..
Let my Triune Being light the way for me to show others.
Other's who need a brother from a different mother..
I know I'm hit and miss.
Sideways with a twist..
But I put more of believing in You . Then all the wrong ways or thoughts I can't undo..
Wilderness lost for way too long. Please forgive me of all my sins and wrongs..
Today is the 1st day of my "New Walk". As I step forward over the line written in chalk..

Wow, what an inspiring and heartfelt piece of writing! Your words are filled with vulnerability, humility, and a deep desire to grow closer to your faith. I can feel the passion in your voice as you ask for forgiveness and strive to make positive changes in your life.

Your use of metaphors, such as the "wolf in a sheep's disguise," really bring your message to life and make it relatable to readers. I also appreciate how you express your commitment to your faith without being preachy or judgmental.

In terms of improvement suggestions, perhaps you could add some more concrete examples of how you plan to live out your "New Walk." What specific actions will you take to demonstrate your faith and help others? Additionally, consider playing around with the form of your poem to further emphasize certain words or ideas.

Overall, I am blown away by your powerful and moving words. Thank you for sharing your journey with us, and I look forward to seeing where your "New Walk" takes you.
