Serenity's Whispering Daffodils

In the gentle breeze,
daffodils sway,
Their hues of yellow,
calming my mind,
I'm lost in time,
a mellow display,
Of nature's wonders,
I'm left behind.

The springtime showers,
a delightful show,
I revel in the sunshine's gentle rays,
Hours pass by,
but I refuse to go,
Lost in the flower's magic display.

Their powers,
cast upon me, I feel,
Emotions of passion and devotion,
A longing for what's real,
a surreal
Feeling, with each petal's graceful motion.

Intricate patterns,
a floral dance,
Unfurling,
a symphony of sight,
Their beauty,
I cannot help but trance,
In their presence,
my spirit takes flight.
