From Evening to Mourning

Once you get beyond all the artificial lights,
You can see the Son rise is eminent!
And when you grow beyond all the things that make you fight,
His love becomes to you just like a stimulant.

Better than your morning coffee, Coke or power drink,
The peace of God will settle you, that you may clearly think.
And when the thoughts are over and now it’s time to rest,
The love of Christ will see you through and you’ll know it’s the best!
