Cloud Nine

I f men could see the Truth they’d know,
there is a place where they can go.
N ot here, nor there, nor in between,
but to a place that can’t be seen!

T he struggle we have is against Satan whose evil,
and seeks to destroy us by removing our free will.
H e prowls around like a lion in the night,
seeking to devour all that’s good and what’s right.
E vil does not come from God, but through men,
that cherish their sins and delight when they’re in them!

H ow easily those can be led astray,
who live for tomorrow and not for today.
E verything in creation belongs to you now,
but you invest in your stocks and watch closely the dow.
A rich man should take pride in his low position,
and seek to find his own condition.
V iolence and chaos is all you’ll have left,
you can’t even see you’re starving to death.
E verything that you want and needed is here,
in this place where I live and you don’t have to fear.
N o one has to fear the Christ’s coming again,
if he’s standing in heaven set apart from those men,
L ive only to please Him and stand there you will,
set apart from a world that is ripe for the kill.
Y earning no longer for the things that cause death,
but instead in His presence, in God’s holy rest!

R ealizing the good we’ve been given to do,
let us do it with joy and to Him remain true.
E agerly awaiting the return of our King,
forsaking the world, giving Him everything.
A ll your life is worth nothing if you’re living a lie,
holding on to your riches and waiting to die.
L ove now and serve others as you live here today,
tomorrow won’t come; it was sold on Ebay.
M any search for the meaning of life, here it is,
It never even starts till you can call yourself His!
S ee for the first time, then come and stand here,
in  the presence of God you’ll have nothing to fear!
