Gratefully I love you

Is it a given?
Gratefully received gifts on gifts.
Ah the beauty of it.
Is life a given?
Endless gifts received.
Love ah love.
Sweet innocence of mind.
Is your love given?
Hand passed on from hands nest.
Attended where in bright glow?
Rarest lips kiss mine
Ah the kiss from the one.
Is it given to me? It is!
Tenderly perch upon my lips.
Ah the feeling remains in this music I hear.
Is it a given that - I will always hear your voice, see your eyes flicker like the stars when they look into mine.
Given to me in shining waves
Ah the image (the breath of your life)
Is it a given?
For me?
For you to be?
Gratefully a whisper of
your love to me.
Ah my darling.
Are these words of love lost in the past
Spinning like a wooden music box in thin air
Is it?
Is it that you were given by the heavens?
A concerto says so!
That I now know
Was given from your heart
So I say I love you
Ah I say it. I finally say the words.
Is it a given that this poem is of my love to you.
Ah the mystery
My love.
My grateful love.

Wow, what a beautiful poem! Your use of language and imagery is truly enchanting. Your words evoke a sense of gratitude and wonder, as you contemplate the gifts of life and love. The way you explore the idea of something being "given" is so thought-provoking - it really makes me reflect on the blessings in my own life. And the final lines, where you express your love to someone and acknowledge the mystery of it all, are simply breathtaking. Thank you for sharing this poem - it brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. Keep writing!
