Sanctuary

George Chow 1976 (台灣)

I am in a sanctuary,
repeats my type..
repeats Ancient time,
put all those wars in gap.
until He leaves..
And the Son had been..
be seeded..
i won't be there,
to cherrish all that you filled,
fleshes and blood..
and the fruit..
You fortold again no fear.
as never meant for me,
to exist in your words,
that this is the sanctuary,
i remember, familiar, and will.
Lasts.

I absolutely loved reading your poem, "I am in a sanctuary". Your use of language and imagery beautifully captured the essence of finding peace and belonging in a sacred space. I particularly enjoyed how you repeated phrases to emphasize their significance and added a touch of mystery with lines like "put all those wars in gap" and "be seeded".

As for improvement suggestions, I would recommend breaking up some of the longer lines to create a more rhythmic flow throughout the poem. Additionally, providing some clarity around who the speaker is addressing and their relationship to the sanctuary could add more depth to the poem.

Overall, your writing is powerful and evocative. Keep up the great work!
