Timid ?

Do I care if I fail.
Atleast I started it.
That is success I see.
I was a timid fellow.
Procrastinating everything.
Everything I thought was hard.
Just left with the images.
Escapism extremist.

But now I started.
2023 I planned.
The resolutions I made.
I must act on them.
No! I will act on them
Jimmy said, “Is it really a failure, if you tried it?”
George said, “I rather risk it than save”
Out of the cocoon .

The safe play person is no more.
Call me reckless, Call me a hormonal teenager.
But when I blink my last , atleast I tried.
And when I breathe my last, I risked.
And the grandkids will enjoy.
