Imagining a friend breaking down.

She has an answer for everything.
Seemingly.
Much accomplished.
Two kids doing well.
Bucket loads of friends.
Paints in oils in her Back Room.
Husband hauling in big CASH.
And here am I praying
For her demolition.
Her belittling and conundrum.
What kind of longtime friend
Is that?
But she needs Jesus, and soon.
She was unsettled last Doctor’s visit.
Won’t talk about it. Needs to.
If I bring a testimony.
She will rebuff.
Has in the past.
So I pray.
While Jesus re-constructs.
