Free verse
the ideals upheld by an idiot
for the new tears were quenched
By flame of brightful innocence
always fueled
embers of altruism
Identity with expression of
nothing great by nature but
Great by consequence of man
a flame battered by wind of the idiot
with sleet of depreciation
However unknowing
the weight of the shadow
Cast by phantom flame inside
a youth with no youth
