Me

With my wrists bound tightly behind my back I felt the rope cutting and tearing into my skin. I could feel the blood oozing put with every pulsation of my heart. "My God",.I cried, the tears steadily streaming down my hot, flushed checks.  Why have they taken me to the dark? Why have they taken me to the dark?  Why have they taken me to the dark lagoon? I could hear.the water gurgling;.the stench was  making me sick to my stomach.  I felt the upheaval of my stomach as.the thick, green fluid escaped from my mouth.  "Why here?" I cried loudly..I wanted to see the clear, blue sky of the day; hear the BEAUTIFUL bird's sing;smell the honey.of the numerous flowers in bloom over in the bright, bountiful meadows.  My tormentors were pleased with my agonizing cries/
Laughing and enjoying my piercing screams for ALL night to hear.  Suddenly, without pain, I awoke to the warm, penetrating SUNLIGHT, the SWEET smell of clean sheets and the BLESSED warmth of my room. Was this a ghastly nightmare; an antagonizing dream  or the terrible, FRIGHTENING view of what's in the future?...
