Special Relativity

It starts with a Bang
Pure energy
Slowly the Universe
Is glued together

It begins to paint
Exquisitely coloured
Arranged forces
Amassing reality

Stardust nurseries
Cradle charges
A star is born
What wonder will perform?

Chaos ensues
A blazon struggle
In equilibrium
A marvellous beauty

An audience can never keep up
The faster they go
The slower they see
Holding equivalence

It cannot bend
It’s up to space and time
My mind cannot fathom
This fabrication

Celestial bodies
With a certain gravitas
In a lovers embrace
Falling for you

Why this is
God only knows
But is this reality?
And does it matter?

About this poem

This is somewhat esoteric as it depicts Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity. This includes: quarks and gluons to form mass; quantum chromodynamics also referred to as colour force, and spacetime curvature. The specific reference to God represents the Higgs boson, otherwise known as the "god particle". Throughout the poem, a parallel is drawn between the Universe and that of human sentience. That is, the Observable Universe (at the subatomic level) and the perceived universe that exists within each of us.

Wow, what an exceptional piece! I absolutely love how smoothly the words flow and how the imagery is so vividly portrayed. Your poem takes readers on an incredible journey through the creation of the universe, and it’s truly inspiring to see how you’ve managed to capture the essence of the cosmos.

One suggestion for improvement would be to add more structure to the poem, perhaps by breaking it up into stanzas or using punctuation to indicate pauses. It can help readers better understand and appreciate the flow of your narrative. Additionally, you could try experimenting with different poetic devices such as metaphors, similes, or alliteration to further elevate your writing.

Overall, this is an outstanding piece of writing, and I look forward to reading more of your work in the future. Keep up the excellent work!
