Days of Bliss

Song of Bliss

Reclined I am in awe                                                                                                                                         upon my garden's rose                                                                                                                                        in blossom, the gentle wind                                                                                                                                        caressing silky petals,                                                                                                                                         hands in motion
waving in the morning air,                                                                                                                                        tender dawns of honey,                                                                                                                                        bread and wine,                                                                                                                                         served with joy and fervor                                                                                                                                        past the night of dance                                                                                                                                         and waltz and wedding feast.                                                                                                                                        It is you, my bride, to adore,                                                                                                                                        and the flying of your hair to catch, to feel, and play                                                                                                                                       a game of mining gems.                                                                                                                                         It is the end of the wait, of all refrain,                                                                                                                                        to walk your ways,                                                                                                                                        and say goodbye to pain.                                                                                                                                        The time it is for bliss and light,                                                                                                                                       days of joy are here to stay....
