World of gray

Living in a world of gray, with nothing left to say I’ll just go back to pretending I’m OK, like I do every day. As I lay alone in my bed, I pray, begging god not to wake me and make me live another day. Asking what I could’ve possibly done to be treated this way. Wondering how come my pain never goes away. Asking how much longer am I expected to pay…. I wake up, I guess today is not the day, more debt and more to pay.. Still in pain, another day living in the gray… another day alone, not enough to make anyone stay… So here I lay. Aches and pains, In my world, everyday rains. No sunshine. No way out. Every day the same. Cursed with talent and beauty but never allowed gains, just aches and pains. Every day the same. God’s playing sick games, treating me like I’m nothing, just one of these lames. Looking out from the inside, another piece of me just died. Dreaming of love and fame, but destined to live every day the same looking out my window as in rains. Every part of my body with aches and pains, only the light deep in my soul remains….
